CAMPUS
for
girls from 3rd through 6th grade
Our Freshies, Sophie's and Juniors have a
program especially designed to maximize fun and growth. All of
our many activities, such as sports, swim instruction and free
swim, drama, arts and crafts, shirah, dance, aerobics,
shiurim, hikes, zoo, library and cookouts, are vehicles to
foster good self-esteem, friendships, sportsmanship, and
enhanced appreciation of life as a Torah
Jew.
The Juniors will have the added excitement of
trips outside of camp.
PIONEER
PROGRAMS
for 7th and
8th graders
These unique, innovative programs offer campers a
greater enjoyment and appreciation of our beautiful and vast natural
resources. Inspiring shiurim, relevant to their lives, are given in
this natural setting. These programs have been proven to instill responsibility,
independence, and self-esteem in our girls.
YOUNGER
PIONEERS
7th grade
Living in rustic bunks amidst the beauty of the
surrounding woods, the girls in this unique program have an opportunity to learn fire-making, outdoor cooking,
camping skills and canoeing in addition to sports and creative
workshops. Well-supervised overnight hikes, canoe trips, and
challenging adventures await your daughter in this
program.
OLDER PIONEERS
8th grade
Older Pioneers, housed in large, airy tent units
overlooking our beautiful lake, is an intensive continuation of the
Pioneer program.
In addition to all of the aforementioned activities,
our 8th graders are challenged by obstacle courses,
fishing, group-building activities, the ever-popular caving trip
under the supervision of a licensed guide, and overnight hikes, all
geared to fostering leadership qualities.
CAMP ANNA HELLER
for 9th graders
The
first and most popular religious teenage camp, Anna Heller’s 4-
week program offers a
unique experience drawing close to 200 girls each trip from
throughout America and beyond. The girls are given an opportunity to
make friend that last a lifetime. Our program provides a fun-filled
experience that fosters personal growth as well as independence.
Highlights include 2 major trips,theme days, and creative workshops
such as woodworking, pioneering, life-guarding, canoeing, sports,
baking, crafts etc. The ‘shmoozen’ and inspiring daily shiurim are
overseen by an experienced mechaneches.
ALOT

Sponsored by the Avichai
Foundation, offers an opportunity for selected girls who lack a
Jewish background to learn about their heritage while being immersed
in daily Torah living. Many of them, due to intensive staff
mentoring and the respect for Torah life engendered by observing
their peers, go on to yeshivos and day schools.
KESHER
The first and most extensive
program for our special needs children. The girls are integrated
into the daily program, where they are welcomed and befriended by
our campers and staff. Kesher campers, full of fun and camp spirit,
are loved by all.
MISHKON
A program for seriously
developmentally challenged children, Mishkon has its own campus and
dining room. The staff is trained and the buildings designed, to
meet the special needs of its campers.
LIBRARY
Our Judaica library, with over 4,000 volumes, is accessible to every camper. With subject matter ranging from Torah sources to inspirational stories to fiction, there is something of interest for every girl.
EMERGENCY TRAINING
Training in CPR, RTE [Response to Emergency], rescue breathing and advanced first aid is available for older campers and staff. The classes are given by an EMT who is certified by the Red Cross. Every summer, girls return with stories of lives they have saved due to these courses.
Learning Center
Girls who need extra help with reading, receive individualized Hebrew and English instruction from specialists in the LearningCenter. Children, parents and teachers alike are delighted with the results at the end of the summer

ZOO

Our USDA- approved petting zoo, supervised by a licensed veterinarian and her trainees, is a much-loved activity. Campers are enthralled by our alpacas, calf, sheep, goats, cuddly rabbits, pony, snakes, iguana, ferrets, birds, donkey, and other exhibits.
